P!nk is raising her glass to being named this year's Woman Of The Year by "Billboard."

The singer said in a statement that she's had an "incredible year" and thanked fans, radio and her many collaborators for "sticking by her."

The year, so far, has brought Pink her fourth Hot 100 number one with "Just Give Me A Reason," her duet with Nate Ruess from the band fun.  The song is off her most recent studio effort The Truth About Love, which became the singer's first-ever number one album last September.

She spent most of the year touring around the world in support of the album.  She also earned a Grammy nomination for Best Pop Vocal Album.

P!nk will accept her Woman of the Year award in December at Billboard's annual Women in Music event.  Previous honorees include Beyonce, Taylor Swift and Katy Perry.
