(Raleigh, NC) The NFL's leading receiver from 2013 finds himself in trouble again. Cleveland Browns wide receiver was arrested early Saturday morning on suspicion of DWI after being pulled over by police in Raleigh, North Carolina for going 50 miles per hour in a 35 miles per hour zone.
Gordon was released from the Wake County Detention center on $500 bond after having a .09% BAC. The legal limit in North Carolina is .08%.
Browns General Manager Ray Farmer issued the following statement:
"We are aware of the matter and are disappointed to learn of this situation. We will comment further at the appropriate time."
Gordon is already facing a season long suspension for a 3rd violation of the NFL's substance abuse policy. His appeal hearing is scheduled for late July.
