Former Flying J Executive Pleads Guilty in Rebate Scandal

(Knoxville, TN) -  A former sales Executive for Pilot Flying J Corporation has pleaded guilty in federal Court to conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud. The Knoxville News Sentinel reports Brian Mosher is the eighth former Pilot employee to admit a role in the company's alleged scheme to cheat customers out of fuel rebates. The company owned by Browns owner Jimmy Haslam has been under federal investigation since it's Knoxville headquarters was raided in April of last year by FBI and IRS agents.
